Hue authorities have recognised a temple dedicated to local citizens and
soldiers who died fighting French colonialists in the former royal
capital as a cultural heritage site.
Thua Thien-Hue authorities last night re-enacted a ceremony that served
as a national celebration under the Nguyen dynasty in the former royal
capital city of Hue.
